Cash management for companies with an ERP

Your ERP invoices and keeps the books.
Orama tells you how much cash you'll have.

An ERP records what has already happened, but it isn't built to forecast your cash for the coming weeks and months. Orama reads the invoices in your ERP and the transactions from all your banks, and turns them into your cash flow forecast without touching anything that already works.

Does any of this sound familiar?

It isn't your ERP's fault. Cash management is a different job.

“Invoicing is fine, but at the end of the month the cash doesn't add up.”

“My ERP tells me who owes me money, not when it will actually land in the bank.”

“To know how much cash I have, I log into each bank and copy it into a spreadsheet.”

“I know what we sold last quarter, but not whether we can pay payroll and VAT in the same week in September.”

“Each company in the group has its own books, and nobody sees the group's cash as a whole.”

“Before hiring or investing, I have no way to see what happens to my cash.”

Your ERP + Orama

An ERP isn't cash management software (and it doesn't need to be)

Your ERP is the source of truth for invoices, customers, suppliers and accounting. Orama doesn't replace it: it reads its data and adds the cash layer your ERP isn't designed to cover.

What your ERP does
What Orama adds
Invoices
Issues and records sales and purchase invoices, with their due dates.
Turns every outstanding invoice into a forecast receipt or payment.
Banks
Holds the bank transactions you have set up or imported.
Connects to 100% of banks in Spain and 3,000+ across Europe and Latin America, and updates balances up to 4 times a day.
Reconciliation
Reconciles according to how your accounting is set up.
Matches every bank transaction to its invoice or forecast, including Stripe, PayPal, Redsys and Adyen payouts.
Time horizon
Shows you the past and what is still to be collected and paid.
Forecasts your cash 13 weeks ahead and 12, 18 or 24 months out, or whatever horizon you need.
Decisions
Records what you have already decided.
Lets you model scenarios (hiring, investing, losing a customer) before you decide.
Tracking
Closes the accounting month.
Compares forecast against actual receipts and payments, and updates the forecast on its own.
Financing
Books loans and credit lines.
Brings credit lines, loans, cards, reverse factoring (confirming) and factoring into the forecast.
Group
Keeps each company separate.
Consolidates the group's cash and lets you drill down to each company in one click.

Orama integrates with Holded, Odoo, Sage 50, Sage 200, Sage Despachos, a3innuva and Business Central.

From your ERP to your cash forecast in three steps

Data comes in on its own: no statements to upload, no invoices to key in by hand.

Connect your ERP

In Settings › Integrations, choose your ERP and grant access. For some, an API key is all it takes; for Sage 50, Sage 200 and Sage Despachos, the Orama team helps you install the connector. Your invoices and due dates flow in automatically.

Connect your banks

You authorise each bank once, through a read-only PSD2 connection via ISO 27001-certified aggregators. Orama sees balances and transactions, but it can't move money.

See your forecast

Orama combines outstanding invoices with your real balances and shows you how much cash you'll have, week by week and month by month. For example, a distributor with €4M in revenue sees today that in week 7, €180,000 of payments falls in the same week as a receipt that usually arrives late, and has six weeks to react.

Orama integrates with your ERP

Each integration has its own step-by-step guide in Orama Academy (in Spanish).

Frequently asked questions

Does Orama replace my ERP?+
No. Your ERP keeps invoicing and doing the accounting. Orama reads its invoices and due dates, combines them with your bank transactions and gives you the cash forecast, reconciliation and scenarios an ERP isn't built for.
Can Orama move money from my banks?+
No. The bank connection is read-only: Orama sees balances and transactions, but it can't move money or make payments.
How often is the data updated?+
Banks, up to 4 times a day. For ERPs it depends on the system: Odoo and Holded every 2 hours, A3 Innuva the moment something changes, and the rest several times a day.
Do I need to connect my ERP to get started?+
No. With your banks connected you already have your cash flow table. The ERP adds outstanding invoices and sharpens your receipt and payment forecasts.
I have several companies, each with its own ERP. Can I see them together?+
Yes. You connect each company with its ERP and banks, and Orama consolidates the group's cash. You can see the combined balance and forecast, or drill down into each company.
What if my ERP isn't on the list?+
You can import forecasts and transactions from Excel or use Orama's API. If you need a new integration, tell us about it in the demo.
