Through bank aggregators regulated by the Bank of Spain and ISO/IEC 27001 certified (AENOR). Orama sees balances and transactions but cannot move money. Transactions refresh up to 4 times a day, every 6 hours, and, by regulation, the authorisation is renewed every 90 days: Orama tells you when it's due and it takes a minute.

Norma 43 (AEB): transaction export in the Spanish banking standard format, for accounting firms and accounting systems. Enabled on request.

Write to us and we'll look into it: many integrations were built at customers' request. In the meantime, Excel import and the external API cover most cases.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an ERP to use Orama?+
No. With your banks connected you already have the cash flow table and forecasts based on your history; the ERP adds invoices and refines collection and payment forecasts.
Does Orama write to my ERP?+
Only with SIS Grupo, to which Orama sends your bank transactions (Norma 43). With the other ERPs, Orama brings in invoices and remittances for your forecast and their reconciliation.
How often is data refreshed?+
Banks, up to 4 times a day, every 6 hours; ERPs, several times a day (Odoo and Holded every two hours; a3innuva as soon as it changes, by webhook).
Is it safe to give access to my bank?+
Access runs through aggregators regulated by the Bank of Spain and ISO/IEC 27001 certified, read-only and renewed every 90 days.
